Area Manager - Retail (5-10 yrs)

Hiring for Area Retail Manager for a leading brand for Karnataka location.

Will be responsible for :

- Driving top line / Bottom line of the given set of retail / Key account counters and stores

- Make sure the stores adhere the brand's SOP and meet the desired NPS

- Controlling Cash & Card, closely working with retail Commercial team

- NSO- preparing for new stores launch within the given Geography

- People management- Hiring, training, developing the people for the given set of stores by closely working with HR and Training team

- Driving Retail initiatives like, KPI's, Internal competitions to motivate the team

- Collaborate with Cross functions like Retail business development to identify the potential expansion, Commercial team, HR team, VM team, Merchandise team, Audit team, Legal team and Marketing team for their respective support

- Adhere the brand Visual merchandise standards

- Responsible for Franchisee return on investment and Collaboration to operate the network

- Understand basic P&L / Excel / PPT

- Willing to travel

- 6 days' work- week

Requirement :

- Below- 30 (well groomed & carry well self and basic understanding about fashion)

- English, Hindi must (Kannada or any southern language would do as additional)- well spoken , energetic, strong achievement narrative and go getter)

Must Have :

In this role they should have a minimum of 2-3 years of managing Fashion retail stores network (Levis, ABFRL, UCB, Adidas, best seller) ,
