Position: Area Sales Manager - Hospitality - Project Sales - Lighting
Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
- To educate the Hospitality key decision makers/ promoters/ owners on the brand, present company position, vision & scale with emphasis on its association with famous hotel-chains
- To educate the Hospitality key decision makers on CBS- its USPs, purpose, advantages, and benefits to them
- To mention CLS to the Hospitality key decision maker
- To provide complete product information to the Hospitality key decision makers on each vertical, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer, etc.
- To convert existing Hotel Chains to CBS & CLS
- To develop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House-keepers & Project Team of each hotel unit
- To resolve Hotels issues in coordination with Customer Care
- To ensure no payment collection is outstanding from the hotels' end beyond 45 days of billing
- To introduce and promote new products brought out by it to the Hospitality key decision makers
- To build a relationship with the Hospitality key decision makers and handover gifts to them on specific occasions
- To do at least 150 productive meetings per month with external customers
- To ensure revenue generation targets for CBS, product vertical-wise
