- Responsible for the overall operational performance of a major functional or geographical segment of the company. Operations represent significant financial risk and performance has major impact on group and company.
- Manages middle managers and/or upper middle managers, possibly in specialized roles. Participates in the development and implementation of long-term strategies, policies and technological advancements.
- Considered an authority for complex technical, operational and processing functions with cross-group impact
- Good understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, etc. and a track record of continuous improvement through usage of the above quality tools. Experienced in process improvement and quality frameworks. Any innovation effort will be advantageous
