Area Manager/Manager - Store Operations - Retail

Position: Area Manager (Manage Cluster of Stores) (Bangalore) (Leading Retail Company)

Role:

- Manage operations for a cluster of 7-8 retail stores (supermarkets) at Bangalore

- Lead and coach the team of Store Managers to deliver the Shopping Trip for customers in all departments by ensuring great service standards and availability

- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators

- Take ownership for the Profit and Loss for the cluster of stores

- Ensure all the processes; routines and systems for store are completed accurately and at the right time

- In case of absence of the store manager, handle the store operations

- Responsible for minimizing shrinkages at the stores

Requirements:

- MBA

- 10+ yrs of experience in the Retail Industry/ QSR

- Should have managed cluster of small stores (supermarkets) operations, preferably at Bangalore. Min 5-6 stores.

- Should have experience in Food Retail/ QSR

- Must know to speak Kannada (mandatory)

- Good communication skills

- Good at team management. Should have groomed people under him/her
