Area Manager - Commercial - Chemical/FMCG Sector (3-4 yrs)
Minimum 3-4 Years of experience with at least 2 years in Supervisory Role preferably within the Chemical or FMCG sectors.
Role Descriptions:
1) Improve Service Level to Customers
2) Management of entire regional Operations like Inventory hygiene at warehouses (Storage/Physical Inventory) Customer accounting (Invoicing/Returns/Collection posting etc.)
3) Manage inbound & outbound logistics efficiently with different modes of transportation, warehouse infrastructure and dispatching operations.
4) Evaluate, monitor, and improve the performance of 3PL & Transporter, handle non-conformance service issues.
5) Handling Branch Overheads and ensure it is not overrun
6) Improve service levels from all service providers while ensuring payment efficiency
7) Ensuring Compliance of all Internal Controls, Statutory Requirement and EHS requirement.
8) Providing Support to Sales Team
Functional Competencies:
1) Knowledge of Depot Operations and hands-on experience.
2) Knowledge of Logistics and warehousing
3) Knowledge of GST/E-way Bill, statutory compliance w.r.t to warehouse operations etc.
4) Sound knowledge of Accounts and Finance
5) Knowledge of all relevant Statutory Regulations
6) Sound Knowledge of MS office/ SAP (preferable)
