Area Manager - Banca - Insurance (10-12 yrs)
- She/he should handle 7-8 RMs who manages bank relationship for business generation.
- Also She/he should be able to source new banks/NBFCs for business tie up
- Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on roll team of RMs in Bancassurance Channel.
- Has to handle Branches of a Bank (Depends on the team size and geography)
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of banca team.
- Building good relationship with Bank's Cluster Head,Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
- This position will be reported to Assistant Zonal Manager-Agency.
