- Monitoring & reviewing Relationship Manager's Portfolio quality and hygiene metrics
- Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets
- Effectively manage and motivate team
- Hiring and retaining of competent team members
- Portfolio analysis with RMs and alignment with client needs
- Ensuring 360- client engagement Total Client Ownership-
- Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch Team to leverage Cross-sell opportunities
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
- Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team
- Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders
