- Proven B2B Sales Track record of exceeding sales targets 12 - 15 Yrs of Sales Experience
- Meeting key decision makers of prospects & maintain relationship with the existing clients for references & cross selling.
- Exposure to Concept selling preferably in the Employees Benefit Space, Staffing/ HR Services, Saas based selling, logistics, fintech company.
- Competitor's analysis & market feedback.
- Self-Motivated, Goal Drive & Spontaneous.
- Collaborate with team members/ inter departments to achieve exceptional results
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
