Area Head - BFS/FMCG/Agriculture Firm (5-7 yrs)
Area Head
- Operations: Ensuring strict implementation of the company's SOPs while conducting business operations for all business streams in the assigned operational geography
- Implementing operational policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements
- Conducting regular and surprise audits of all godowns in the assigned geographical area in a month and highlight deviations observed, if any
- Ensure closing deviations/high-risk gaps observed during regular/surprise audits within the agreed timelines
- Business - Achieving Revenue and PBT targets as per Annual Operating Plans for all business streams individually and collectively
- Leading and driving a team of BDMs to acquire new clients and generate business in all business streams in the assigned geography
- Engaging with existing clients on a regular basis to seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell
- Collections - Achieving monthly and annual business collections as per set targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Team - managing a team of BDMs, CMs and DMs in conducting business operations of the company as per laid down SOPs of the organization
- Should be a team player and should be able to manage the team efficiently in the assigned geography
- Should possess good written and spoken skills in English, Hindi and the local language of the assigned cluster
- Good knowledge of various applications of MS Office is desired
- Should be willing to travel rigorously in the assigned geography
- Should be a Graduate (preferably in Agriculture) & should be an MBA from an Institute of repute
- Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Agri warehousing or banking preferably in Commodity lending
