Area Credit Manager - MSME Loans

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

- Achieve the Budgeted business volume for the financial year

- Track the performance of team and guide them consistently meet volume targets & Ensure access to Equitas products and services to maximum no. of eligible members

- % of Achievement ( Target vs Actual)

- Maintain portfolio quality

- To ensure growth and take corrective measures for segments where the portfolio showing sign of stress.

- 30 DPD level as of end of FY.

- Portfolio Hygiene & Housekeeping

- To ensure portfolio Hygiene by ensuring all housekeeping items are closed and complied within the stipulated time

- No. of cases having housekeeping pendency under the ACM / BCM

- Ensure compliance to credit policy and processes.

- To ensure statutory compliance and credit underwriting standards are met.

- No of critcal / very high risk observation made by Audit / credit compliance team during the entire FY.
