Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting LAP Suvidha / Small Ticket mortgage proposals as per the laid down policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes.
- To conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness.
- The incumbent will ensure completion of Credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits by team.
- To Co-ordinate with Area Sales Manager (ASM) to Achieve budget targets and ensure Credit TAT or SLAs are met.
- To ensure Credit Policies adherence to the accepted standards.
- To control and contain front-end bounces by calling up customer on first presentation.
- To manage and supervise a team of Credit Underwriters at locations managed by him and provide guidelines.
