We are looking for the candidate for Area Credit Manager for leading Affordable housing finance pvt ltd. company

Job Description

- Experience should be 4-12 Yrs Max. (out of which ACM experience should be atleast 6 months)

- Local Surat candidate required.

- Working into Home loans only. [Excuse for Auto loans, mortgage loans, Unsecured loans]

- Underwriting the Home Loan&LAP proposals for Multiple Branches

- Handling the Team of BCM's

- Should Have Sanction Authority

- Risk assessment and credit appraisal of Loan document assessment for Affordable Segment (LAP, Home loans).
