Area Collections Manager - Two Wheeler Loans - Private Bank - Bangalore


Job Description :

Key Roles :

1. The role will be responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated to him

2. He will be responsible to track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters.

3. He will be responsible to allocate and achieve targets from in house team/ agencies/ collection outsourced employees.

4. He Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the Area

5. He has to maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis

6. He has to ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered

Team management :

1. Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff

2. Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the collection team and taking course corrections when required

3. Good analytical skills. Is able to handle systems and software with ease. Ability to network with various stakeholders internally and externally.

4. Flexibility to work extended hours and holidays to meet both internal and external customer turnaround times

Relationship management :

1. To create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the two wheeler business

2. To build and create relationship with local authorities, police, legal department
