Area Channel Manager - FMCG

Job Detail :

- Generate actionable consumer/ shopper insights to maximize channel profits.

- Use these insights to plan unit specific initiatives in E&D, Grocery, and Convenience channel.

- Ensure outlet activation execution as per RED standards

- Ensure support development and implementation of unit activation plans, using approved national/regional channel standards.

- Ordering of standard approved activation elements & other marketing collateral's

- Co-ordinate with Corporate teams to ensure efficient promotion and portfolio management

- Custodian of unit channel budgets.

- Striving for cost efficiencies in activation plans.

- Development of local initiatives

- Implementation of tracking systems and evaluation process

- Local Initiatives to scale up the national/regional program

- Ensure Market updation for volume tracking.

- RED / DEEP RED analysis for monthly corrective actions on respective executor.

- Identify gaps & growth opportunities in various channels as per PITA model

- Mapping competition activities

- Using RSA data to track Market Shares / Availability movement across unit
