We are currently hiring for an Area Business Manager for a reputed Pharma client.

Job description:

Position : Area Business Manager

Educational Qualification : B.Sc, MBA

Location of Work : Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Kochi / Nagpur / Delhi / Vijaywada

Experience : 3 - 4 yrs of experience in Vaccine Industry.

Role & responsibilities :

- Brand building & increasing market share by ensuring maximum Doctor conversion everyday

- Achieving Weekly Sales Target by making continuous visits to Potential Specialty Doctors

- Joint Field Work (JFW) with Medical Representatives (MRs) mainly focusing on value addition, Doctor Conversion, target achievement & root-cause identification for non-achievement of targets.

- Take review of MRs on weekly basis related to target, achievement, Doctor conversion, Root of low conversion (if any) Prepare Monthly Tour Plan (MTP) for the team with focus on Doctor conversion during JFW

- Get MTP prepared for self by Regional Business Manager (RBM) and ensuring optimum coverage of Top potential Doctors during JFW.

- Ensure Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) prior to Doctor calls for better understanding the potential of the Doctor in the Area.

- Ensure sending Daily Call Report (DCR) through SFA for better understanding of business performance, challenges & the support require from Managers.

- Keep a track of internal competent MRs during JFW and recommend to RBM for Internal recognition.

- Identification of learning needs of MR's.

- Coach & guide MRs during JFW in achieving weekly sales targets and Doctor conversion

Desired Competencies :

- Should have understanding of relevant therapy

- Have an established track record in achieving results and targets

- Understanding of competitor's strategy/moves in the territory assigned

- Ability to Coach/ mentor MRs and demonstrate the process to handle various difficult situations.

- Ability to manage & measure work.

- Ability to motivate and build effective team.

- Ability to convert doctor.

- Ability to build strong connect with doctors/ stockiest/ retailers/ distributors.

- Ability to persuade, Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
