Area Business Head - Telecom/Handset

- Must be from Telecom/ISP or Handset Industry only

Qualification : MBA/PGDM (must)

- Candidates must have a work exposure in either Vidarbha or Marathwada region.

Exp. : 16-18 years

Role Description:

- Set direction, lead and coordinate the diverse resources of all branches to come together seamlessly

- Delivering the business plan and customer promise through regular monitoring of team's performance

- Proactive measures of spotting opportunities that will further enhance the business value offering.

Key Responsibilities

 - Developed business infrastructure from scratch, Acquisition & Construction

 - Head operations for various business (Devices, Connectivity, Retail Stores, and Enterprise).

 - Market mapping and sizing, Creating Channel infrastructure, Setting up rural strategy for the feature phones

 - Responsible for formalizing and implementing various sales and marketing strategies to increase channel and own manpower productivity

 - Handling approx. 20 Crores monthly business, 200+ on roll manpower across function in Sale & Distribution, Finance & Compliance, SCM, Store operations.

 - Major responsibility is also to develop organization capability building along with HR function which includes selection of senior resources, designing of development programs, top resource identification and training for different roles and functions.
