Ardex Endura - Channel Development Manager (13-15 yrs)
- The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the retail & distribution market of construction products (other than tiles) in South.
- He should be able to develop comprehensive plans to scale up the retail & distribution market of this fast-emerging product category, building multiple channels in the process.
- Map the competition & build comparative benchmarks for our future growth.
- Ability to come up with clear metrics to measure the performance & identify the growth areas.
- He will execute these plans through supporting a team of experienced field sales team also supporting them with a marketing plan which will be executed in coordination with marketing dept.
- The candidate must have demonstrated adaptability, skills & experience in diverse products (in construction industry) and man management skills to work in a matrix structure.
