Salesforce Application Architect - MNC , IT Consulting Company Salesforce Application Architect -(10 to 12 years of Salesforce Development experience) Location : Bangalore and Pune Qualification/ Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering Certifications : Candidate must have following Certifications : - Platform Developer I - Platform Developer II - Financial Services Cloud - Salesforce Certified Application Architect Experience : - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.com development including creating custom objects & workflows - 10+ years' experience in Sales / Service Cloud environments - 3+ years of experience in Financial Service Cloud highly desirable. - Knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and approaches; relational databases and data modeling; enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP Major Duties and Essential Functions : - Speaking with Project lead about needs of the team regarding Salesforce functionality - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications - Excellent communication and personal skills, both written and verbal - Be able to deliver quality results in a deadline-driven environment. - Strong experience with all aspects of Salesforce including Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions. - Solid understanding of the Force.com platform and building applications in a multiple organization environment. - Good experience in Agile/Scrum practice Technology skills, Competencies : - Must be able to demonstrate expert Salesforce.com developer knowledge - Troubleshoot file synchronization issues between UX Studio and the sandbox environment - Given a business requirement, apply fundamentals of object (and class) implementation to solve the business requirement - Given a block of code, analyze the variable scope and the execution flow. - Given a scenario, apply asynchronous programming concepts. - Work with the product data model to manage products, their categorization, and associated inventory - Customizing apps for mobile use - Designing reports and dashboards - Deploying custom apps - Modify site search preferences and settings to enable searching for a specified product attribute - Create a custom object type to store a custom data type, creating Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page layouts, Custom Tabs, Reports and various other components as per the client and application requirements - Extensive experience using both APEX and Visualforce - Experience with building and maintaining Lightning Components - Must have supported Salesforce internally for an end-user or partner for at least 50 users - Able to independently work in all stages of the projects from gathering requirements, solution design, development, and deployment Role and Responsibilities : - Must have experience with the digital space and platforms, Management/ Analytics tools, plus excellent communication and writing skills. - Must show that you are able to track analytics, reach, etc. - To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, HTML/XHTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, Java, PHP, SOAP-based web services, Apex, and SOQL. - Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud or marketing automation tools highly preferred. - Personality is extremely important in this position. - To fit in with the team, it's important to have a positive attitude, not afraid to try new things and ready to own all technical things in the Salesforce platform. Curiosity and passion to explore new unknowns is a must. - Understanding of the basic principles of public relations and/or marketing - An ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment - Good judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive topics, seeking help, offering help, escalations, etc. - Able to interact with many people and multiple interruptions while staying on task - Strong technology skills Nice to have incumbent with experience following areas : - .Net, C# advanced programming - Database concepts, Database Usage & Design experience - Working knowledge and proponent of Unit testing and have used unit testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest. - Age Should be Below 40.
