1. Proven Technical Architecture, solution design and Implementation using RPA tools such as UIPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere along with c#, python, .net, Java and VB scripting 2. At least 12 project implementations as lead architect 3. Minimum 4 years of experience in leading architecture and design for RPA implementations. 4. Extensive experience in client-facing roles, gathering requirements and designing solutions 5. Hands-on experience in UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere development - Certifications preferred. 6. Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle is a must 7. Solution Designer is responsible for designing efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable unattended solutions that adhere to solution design best practices. 8. Creating and maintaining high-quality solution design documentation that adheres to the delivery methodology in accordance with standard design principles, conventions and best practices.&nbsp; - Meticulously analyzing Process Definition Documents to capture all the business process steps in solution designs and consider accompanying factors such as recoverability, scalability, resilience and case management to ensure solution designs meet all requirements. 9. Working and communicating with various parts of the business to define detailed and exact requirements required for solution design.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Considering additional factors such as license utilization, local data preservation and security policies when designing automation solutions.- 10. Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in design walkthrough sessions with senior stakeholders, developers and IT representatives. 11. Form part of a Design Authority to take responsibility for maintaining the development integrity of the solution and constituent processes and objects.&nbsp; - Provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company's delivery teams. 12. Engage in peer review sessions for the review of new solution designs and provide feedback and recommendations to address any gaps found in artefact review. 13. Supporting the development team during testing and rollout phases.
