We have a leadership opportunity for Architect - Digital Automation with one of our client for Bangalore.
Job Description :
The Automation Lead is a transformational leader who will build and lead a team to advance the usage of automation tools and techniques across a wide range of business and technology processes, working with these areas to build and operationalize automation solutions.
The Automation Lead will :
- Engage across sectors, regions and BU to identify, prioritize and deliver automation of business processes
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, engagement and leading pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development and defense process.
- Thought leadership in conjunction with innovation and experts on automation delivery and client landscapes.
- Work on financials, ROI and pricing mechanisms
- Develop assets and methodologies, business case, point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral.
- Own the Framework that underpins the rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring and evolution of the automated processes to increase and improve the business benefit.
- Oversee the quality delivery of automation solutions in accordance with the agreed Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Requirements
- Manage engagement risk, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Operational Support for automation tools and solutions
- Building proof-of-concept and productized automation solutions across the spectrum of automation/robotics, such as robotic process automation, digital/virtual assistance, and cognitive computing
- Automation Lead must have development experience of RPA Software (UiPath, Python).
- Should have knowledge and experience to deploy a digital workforce that composed of software bots which completes business processes end-to-end.
