Aranca - Senior Consultant/Engagement Lead - Financial Due Diligence (2-6 yrs)
- Buy/sell side financial due diligence assistance including vendor assist and vendor due diligence
- Candidate will be working on a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions from acquisitions and mergers to flotation's and buy-outs
- Performing financial analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues
- Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve anomalies
- Preparation and review sections of Transaction & Restructuring reports
- Maintaining business contacts (i.e. it is our expectation that associates will make a positive commitment to maintaining contact with people they meet on transactions, who may become important providers of work in the future)
- To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development activities
- To prepare first draft engagement letters, demonstrating T&R technical/risk management awareness
- To contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale
