Private Markets Investment Support - Onsite

- Definition and management of the Global Fund Offering and of the Recommended Fund Universe.

- Defining Fund Offering

- Define product offering for recommended funds & alternative investments

- Own and develop the client Fund Shelf Strategy

- Identify external capabilities and blank spots in the offering

- Select third-party fund managers and ensures due diligence and monitoring for all recommended funds

- Maintain fund platforms available to stakeholders

- Providing Fund expertise

- Provide expert knowhow and advice on the fund range as well as tailored consulting services

- Position in-house fund offering and lead related marketing activities

- Conduct fund analyst and fund manager calls Based on questionnaires

- Managing periodic publications and marketing material

- Own and maintain the marketing collateral for in-house funds

- Provide list of recommended funds

- Produce fund publications

- Driving Private Equity & Alternative Funds

- Support the distribution of our private equity offerings

- Improve hedge-fund and less-liquid-solutions offering

To be successful in the role, the incumbent will need to :

- Have proven expertise in the area of private markets, particularly with the buyout fund ecosystem in developed markets, via:

- Masters degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration with ideally a focus in the area of illiquid or alternative investments. Candidates with a bachelors degree may also be considered if they explicitly meet the experience requirements.

- Recognized international certifications such as CAIA or CFA are a plus, but not a requirement.

- 3-7 years of experience in the area of manager selection (or similar), with a focus on private equity.

- Or 3-7 years of experience in a relevant role within a GP or private markets fund manager.

- Or 3-7 years of experience in the area of illiquid/alternatives investment distribution and sales.

- Or 3-7 years of investment experience in corporate M&A within a top tier institution.

- Show genuine interest in bringing closer together the world of wealth management with the world of Private Markets, including the necessary appetite to educate multiple stakeholders with heterogenous levels of familiarity with the asset class

- Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills in English language

- Show high attention to detail, accountability and sense of ownership

- Show high integrity, be reliable, be able to deliver consistently high quality within agreed timeframes; have capacity to deliver under time pressure and to receive and implement constructive feedback

- Availability to work independently and team player with an interest in and deriving joy from collaborating with others;

- Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information
