Aranca - Email Marketing & Campaign Specialist Role (3-6 yrs)

The incumbent's primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing email marketing campaigns, managing databases and analysing each campaign's results. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and sending marketing emails as guided by the team. Examples of some of the content sent through email marketing are Market Outlooks Asia, Webcasts and Podcasts, Investment Views Asia, Investment Guide Asia and Educational Brochures. The incumbent will also maintain email databases, analyse campaign performance to suggest improvements (e.g. content and design) and produce reports for stakeholders. The specialist will additionally support in the review of the email marketing content in adherence to regulatory and policy standards.


People Management

- Motivate and provide guidance/feedback to other team members in the CoE to improve the overall performance & productivity

Client Management (internal)

- Support in the creation and sending of marketing emails in Asia in accordance with local demands and regulatory guidelines

- Support in the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns in Asia using the authorized marketing automation tool (CAMP)

- Ensure that email databases are kept up to date, reflecting individual preferences and requirements (e.g. unsubscribe requests)

- Produce reports on the growth and analytics of email campaigns and analyse data to produce recommendations

Business Management

- Work to fulfil the ambitions of the team defined by the functional and administrative supervisors

- Regular review of the function's practices to ensure efficiency and productivity at kept at optimal levels

Compliance & Risk Management

- Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements

- Adhere to all relevant Local User Manuals

- Ensure timely creation of various marketing emails with accuracy and consistency and support the team in reaching the overall team objectives.

- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Able to work independently and in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude

- Client-centric approach for all deliverables

- Able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions

- Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

- Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders

- Highly motivated with integrative personality

Professional and Technical

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products

- Proficiency in Desktop applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint) and financial information/data systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Datastream)

- Affinity with digital design / graphics with client-centric design thinking skills

- Familiarity with analytical and database tools and/or marketing automation technology is a positive

- Previous work experience in email marketing or digital marketing is an advantage

- Represent the Bank's and shareholders' interests at all times

- Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written)


- Familiar with regulatory expectations and requirements
