About the role

We are looking for a digital media buying specialist with an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of Google Ads and social media advertising across platforms. Someone experienced in allocating budgets, understanding and developing a solid lead to conversion funnel, monitoring and optimising ad spends and making suggestions to increase conversion rates. We- re looking for someone who not only understands but thoroughly enjoys analysing data and making data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

- End to end management of activity across paid digital marketing channels - search engines (Cost Per Click/CPC), display media and social media platforms

- Supporting performance marketing activity implement, optimise and report on performance.

- Manage daily operations of paid display and programmatic campaigns, paid social media campaigns as well as Search Engine Marketing

- Monitor advertising budget and increase ROI and conversion performance through recommendations of new strategies and ideas to test

- Utilise analytics to make data-driven decisions, optimise campaign performance and improve spend effectiveness

Plan, develop, implement and optimise PPC campaigns/strategies including keyword research and analysis across Google and other display channels

- Track, report and analyse paid search campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Execute rapid experiments on campaign targeting, messaging and landing page experience, to improve overall conversion rates

- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies

- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently

- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity

- Provide insights and analytical reports to monitor all campaign performances

- Build strategies, prepare budgets and execute campaigns in a timely and organised manner

- Provide recommendations for target audiences, landing page opportunities and improvements - impacting paid search engine quality ranking, CPC and conversions

- Optimise efforts through analysis of data and analytics intelligence

Requirements :

- Prior experience (minimum 2-4 years) in a similar role building effective multi-channel digital media buying strategy, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM, social media and other digital platforms

- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations

- Extremely proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads

- In-depth understanding of social media advertising across major platforms with a focus on Facebook and Instagram

- Strong tech and computer skills including advanced knowledge of CRM systems, software integrations, data analysis tools, Excel/Sheets and Powerpoint/Slides

- Solid knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts

- A self-starter with the willingness constantly to test new ways to grow the user base

- Acute attention to accuracy and detail and excellent organisational skills

- An analytical mindset and methodical approach, an ability to make recommendations based on statistics
