Consultant - Centrally Sponsored Schemes No. of Position : 01 Grade / Designation : Manager/Sr. Manager/ Assistant Vice President Mode (Consultant / Employee) : Consultant (Centrally Sponsored Schemes) Post qualification experience (specific requirement) : At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing centrally sponsored schemes of Govt. of India. It is desirable that the candidate has prior experience of designing and implementing government schemes. Reporting to : Vice President Salary / Fee range : At par market rate (Negotiable) Job Description : 1. Analyse the various aspects of Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS)/ Central Assistance to State Development Schemes (CASDS) 2. Assess potential of Andhra Pradesh in drawing funds from CSS/CASDS and assist in preparing detailed project reports for drawing maximum funding from Government of India. 3. Study the best practices followed by other states in implementing the CSS/CASDS and suggest measures for their adoption in Andhra Pradesh. 4. Design online system for monitoring and periodic reporting of fund releases and expenditure and timely submission of utilisation certificates to Government of India. 5. Formulate action plans/ policy measures for optimal implementation of CSS/CASDS. 6. Contribute in budget activities 7. Undertake other work as required and requested by Government or APUIAML Academic / Professional Qualifications : A postgraduate degree in related subjects to the position/sector- Public Policy/ Economics/ Development Studies/ Chartered Accountant/ MBA etc. Other expectations : Late/ holiday working as required depending on urgency of work to be done / meeting delivery timelines. Travelling on need basis. The selected candidates will be expected to undertake additional assignments as deemed necessary Age Criteria : No age criteria Location : Vijayawada/ Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) - Any other point, you would like to mention Experience in Government, Government owned entities, NITI Aayog, erstwhile Planning Commission, international developmental agencies will be an advantage.
