Aptivaa - Business Analyst - Credit Risk Solutions (3-8 yrs)
Business Analyst - Product Business Analyst
The Role would involve the following (but not restricted to):
- Advisory/ consulting for Credit risk solutions (Basel)
- Risk Management systems/ solutions- Product / Application development support
- Understanding client requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development.
- Handle end to end Product implementation
- Project management of complete project cycle
- Internal & external stakeholders management
- Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary software
- Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues
Qualifications
Business Management Post Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent) with graduation in Engineering (Computers/ IT/ Electronics & Communications)
Skill Set
Essential:
- Deep understanding of the Basel II/III regulations
- Hands-on experience in Basel II / III solution implementations
- Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC)
- Proven leadership qualities and experience in spearheading various client's engagement
- Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder management
- Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data Specifications, and senior management presentations
- Strong client relationship management capabilities
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in BFSI or Financial product or Consulting organizations
- Certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM
- Experience of working in a Fintech or product based company
