Join us and help us build Aptiv teams that shape the future of mobility Your Role: - Attract top candidates through direct search, according to priorities and critical business areas defined and updated regularly by Line Manager, business leaders and the team - Use a mix of available sourcing channels and investigate, test and potentially implement new sourcing tools and techniques in order to maximize direct candidate delivery - Actively and consistently enhance the Aptiv Talent Acquisition function - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, addressing difficult topics and working out solutions to upcoming recruitment challenges - Participate in Employer Branding events and initiatives aimed at optimizing Talent Acquisition efficiency Your Background: - University degree - Communication skills, pro-active approach and goal orientation - Strong networking and relationship building skills - Knowledge of effective tools and methods of talent acquisition - Ability to organize own work - Very good command of English - Computer skills - MS Office
