For more details, please visit aptiv.com  Role Description:   Position : Talent Acquisition Leader   Qualification : Full time MBA or equivalent with at least 5 years- experience post qualification  Reporting : HR Director, Electronics & Safety Division, India  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Manage the recruitment process life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Ensuring the closure of position within timelines  - Develop talent acquisition strategies and engage with Engineering managers to develop a robust hiring plan  - Review the current recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact.   - Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements   - Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system   - Lead employer branding initiatives   - Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience  - Manage 2-3 executive team members  - Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool   Skill Required :   - Minimum 2-3 years of managing recruitment specifically in a product/ Hi-Tech industry  - Competence in understanding the business needs, competencies, duties and requirements of different roles  - Proficient in the use of social media, Linked In and job boards   - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral communication skills in English is essential )   - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results   - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis   - Proficiency in MS Excel is essential   - Willingness to move beyond recruitment function
