Appster - Product Owner (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements by analysing customer briefs and through engaging in rapid requirements gathering workshops.
- Assist Senior Product Owner in day-to-day Project Management and Client Management activities.
- Write and maintain user stories and facilitate knowledge transfer to cross-functional software development teams.
- Identify and provide ideas to correct product gaps.
- Provide ideas that will improve user experience.
- Prioritize User Stories based on business value and customer impact
- Work closely with developers within and between cross-functional teams to deliver products within planned timeframes.
Requirements
- MBA or MCA Graduates from Tier1 or Tier2 colleges with 0-1 yrs of experience with inclination towards client facing role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent aptitude and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Agile Software development environment is good to have but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to assist the cross-functional team in whatever tasks need completing (e.g. helping with testing, assisting the Project Manager / Scrum Master with removing impediments.
- Skilled at working effectively within cross-functional teams.
