Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Growth Hacker that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring tactics for scalable customer acquisition and remarketing

- Using large data sets to quantitatively test user behavior hypotheses

- Using a data-driven approach - apply/evolve industry best practices for growth

- Report results and make data driven decisions on strategy

- Analytical, data-driven and rigorous, with a thorough understanding of key customer acquisition metrics, LTVs and statistics.

- Responsible for web site health analysis, event based analysis and grasping consumer behavior

- Ensure accuracy in the data and Data hygiene.

- Analyze Metrics: Define which metrics are important based on organisation's overall goals.

- Identifying how platforms are performing against key metrics and targets.

- Finding interesting and insightful patterns in data.

Candidate Specification :

Our Ideal Candidate Would Also Have:

- Prior startup experience

- Working knowledge of SQL & A/B Testing

- Experience working with big data

- Knowledge of the media buying & reporting process

- Familiarization with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal - Email Marketing experience
