Job Summary:

Lead development of innovative solutions for business by smart use technologies and processes. This would include conceptualising, creating and improving business processes and applications and partner with business functions (e.g., sales, operations, customer service) to improve their operating models / efficiencies / effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track competition and gain insights about evolving business and technology practices

- Analyse business processes of various business functions and advise / manage improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness

- Analyse and review new requirements

- Initiate, plan and execute strategic initiatives incl. development of solution road-map; vendor evaluation, selection & management; project management; solution identification & evaluation

- Support effective and efficient execution of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Engineering with 7+ years relevant experience (preferred graduation from Tier I institutes viz. IIT, NIT, BITS)

- Master's in Management is desired but not required

- Prior experience in the role of Business Analyst and/or Project Manager; experience as an entrepreneur is an added advantage

- Proven expertise in designing & developing scalable, agile and flexible technology solutions aligned with long-term business models

- Exposure to process improvements & automation and strategic project execution

- Prior experience of handling small team

- Desired Industry experience: telecom, retail, FMCG
