Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling region in terms of distribution and new business acquisition

- Responsible for sales planning and Brand visibility in area.

- Tracking primary, secondary and territory targets and ensuring effective service deliveries to the channel and retail market

- Ensuring healthy ROI of distributors

- Implementation of distribution plans i.e. width and depth of product placement for gaining market share, merchandising and trade marketing plans

- Implementing brand promotion and inputs.

- Using the budgets effectively for running schemes for secondary sale

- To achieve month on month growth of handset sale, acquisition of new customers and retail expansion

- Handling the team of executives and front line field officers and assigning their job and responsibilities

- Setting KRA to executives and front line field officers
