JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliverables : - Support end to end delivery of Instructor Led Sessions (ILS) - Customer touch-points : Manage managers - and employees - requests independently and create a positive customer service experience (in areas of Learning management, HR Direct - self-service environment, employment life-cycle needs such as employment verification, benefits enquiry, where to go for what, etc.) - Attend to learning and development enquiries and HR business partners- requirements - support administrative requests, reporting and delivering to agreed upon services - Site Events - support and execute - e.g. company events, training/workshops, orientation, executive visits, etc. &nbsp; Preferable :&nbsp; Projects - participate and/or lead country or even regional projects successfully - Experience with a Learning Management System - Manage adhoc templates loads w/in LMS - Expertise with Scorm and Mobile learning content - Align appropriate courses to each job role curricula - Coordinate target audience identification and validation process - Track and report progress to objective and deliverables and suggest and execute changes as needed - Liaise with extended learning teams to manage end to end logistics (Marketing, Enrollments, Attendance, Evaluation, Purchase Order etc) Skills, Knowledge and Experience : - Have worked in multinational companies and have used enterprise resource planning tools, examples Saba, Workday, Success Factors, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Hyperion, etc. - HR experience in a supporting/admin capacity with a HR Business Partner in employee case management and HR program management - examples - focal, Workforce reduction, Performance Improvement, talent segmentation, competency assessments, integration/M&amp;A - Strong Systems/Tools/Data skills : Detailed and understands the necessity to be accurate, complete and relevant in data entries; workflows; payrun flows; good process management; using procurement tools, etc - Strong MS skills - especially excel - manage mega spreadsheets/workbooks, example 80 columns and 1000 lines - sort, filter, VLookup, Pivots, compare, merge, audit/scrubs; create tables from excel to ppt - Communication skills - concise and precise, smile in the voice, good listening, conflict assessment/management - Preferable: HR experience in a supporting/admin capacity with a HR business partner in case management and program management - examples - L&amp;D, onboarding, employee separation, competency assessments Experience : 5+ years Performance Behaviors : - Customer oriented - strong interpersonal skills - pleasant, people/emotion savvy, helpful, resourceful, accountable, communicate well, reliable - Learning skills - resourceful, research, seeks to improve, independent - Works with ambiguity - continuous change, dealing with pains, pacing with timelines and stress - Collaborative - aligned at the country/APAC/Global levels in delivering to strategic outcomes (regardless of impact or benefit to self) - Organizationally savvy - executes well with all cross functional groups and hierarchical levels Salary Offered : 6-14 LPA
