Application & Product Executive - In Vitro Diagnostics - Flowcytometry

The company is one of the leading healthcare solution providers in Oman.

The requirement is for an Application and Product Executive having experience In Vitro Diagnostics. Candidate should have experience in Flowcytometry machines of Beckman Coulter and Becton Dickinson

The Candidate :

- Candidate should be Master of Science in Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Lab Technology with an MBA in Sales and Marketing.

- He should have Application, demonstration and training exposure of LAB IVD high end systems.

- Additional exposure to Product Management in same field desired but not essential. Fluent in English.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Effective email communication etiquettes and training organization skills.

- Prior experience of working in pathology labs / hospital labs will be a definite advantage.

- Experience of setting up private pathological labs and hospital labs desired - handling multiple product groups in IVD laboratory automation.

APPLICATION SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITY :

- Provide both hands on and remote technical assistance with respect to instrument or kits handling & applications

- Organize and conduct customer engagement sessions independently like trainings, workshops and seminars

- Conduct equipment evaluations and demonstrations at customer places

- To have good business relationship with both principals & customers

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY :

- To identify new business opportunities from detailed market mapping on market size, share, installations, workload

- To source new product and formulate strategy for positioning in tender businesses

- To collect information about competitor activities & prices
