Application Management Role - Marketing & Sales Vertical - IT Projects

- Lead complex Marketing & Sales To Cash IT projects combining multiple technologies (SFDC, SAP, S4, Hybris)

- Act as IT business analyst to document IT requirements and resolve business processes with the help of technology and validate solutions during testing.

- The role would focus on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) .

- Lead analysis, run integrations POCs between SFDC, Einstein Analytics and S4 Hana and initiate project Configure SFDC (Email to case, configure workflow/approvals, install AppExchange Apps) etc.

- Will be involved in the vendor management for the support of SFDC CRM .

Required :

- More than 10 years of experience.

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder / Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Project management / business analyst - PMI certified.
