Application Lead - BFSI (8-18 yrs)
- Candidate must have worked on Insurance (Life or GI) digital project as Delivery lead either from Insurer or Vendor side.
- Extensive experience in all phases of software development life cycle
- Must have experience in IT Digital Transformation through key IT enablers such as Portals, Enterprise Content Management, Mobility, Enterprise Integration Platforms,
- Strong Project Management Process, capable to track budget Vs actual and timely escalation in case of scope creep.
- Strong familiarity with Enterprise Architecture discipline
- Familiarity and knowledge of new technology trends (e.g BI,RPA,web/mobile/social technologies)
- Experience working in digital development environments and applying digital and agile
development best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines and manage time appropriately
- Passion, Rigor, Drive, Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, and creative.
- Worked closely with Business to ensure that the solutions (Platforms and Infrastructure) proposed are most suitable for the business process defined
Preferred
- Knowledge of Mobile Enterprise Application Platform necessary.
- Worked on end of end delivery of at least 1 Mobile App integrated with Core Systems
- Basic Web Programming Knowledge Must. Extensive knowledge on Responsive Designing and Mobile Enterprise Application Platform highly preferred
- Experienced to both on premise and cloud based Application Infrastructure for high response & uptime.
- Knowledge of Secured Code Practice and Security testing both for applications and third-party interaction through various Services.
- Working Experience in Insurance/Web Aggregator/On line Broker will be preferred
- knowledge of API XML Integration and XML integration with third party systems and Company's back end.
- Adherence of Budget and high ability to boost digital traffic
- Strong People & Vendor Management
