App Store Leader - Telecom

One of our clients is scouting for App Store Head.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the localization operation strategy of the App store, OPPO Theme Store in India to improve product experience.

- Understand local culture, and operate user-operated content operations based on user preferences, needs, habits, etc., to improve operational efficiency.

- Should understand user needs, can extract product demand from user feedback, and improve product experience.

- Organize online research and market analysis for users, and continuously export and improve the active and retained operation plans of users.

- Coordinate internal resources and explore in-depth cooperation with other teams

- Build and manage local team members to accomplish goal.

Desired Competencies:

- Highly sensitive to Internet affairs and online marketing events

- Good understanding, strong execution, research and analysis skills.

- Familiar with App or content distribution industry

- Most importantly, be goal oriented

- Excellent communication skills
