Job Title : Product Manager - Truck

Level : M

Reports to: Category Head - CV

Purpose :

- Grow the Truck Tyre business profitably and support market share growth.

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary :

- Design, implement and administer the Truck product portfolio. NPD to PLC.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by deep understanding of customer's needs and applications

- New Product Launch, strong sell outs and execution in coordination with MarCom & sales teams.

- Market Activation to support demand generation and sales budget achievement.

- Channel strategy conceptualization and implementation with the field sales team.

- Work closely with R&D/Tech. Services on NPD and PLC

- Work cross functionally with OEMs for their product development plans and marketing associations.

- Continuous monitoring of competitive landscape

- Support functional training

KPIs & Dimensions :

- Market Share and Revenue

- Successful implementation of NPD/PLC plans across the region

- Conceptualization and effective implementation of marketing initiatives
