1)Employee will be responsible for entire Training &amp; development. 2)Employee must understand his KRA &amp; help trainees to achieve their KPIs. 3)Employee has to prepare annual Training Budget &amp; Maintain the Training data &amp; has to calculate training delivery hours along with training hours of trainees. 4)Employee has to update data periodically/as &amp; if required. 5)Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses. 6)Based on escalations, plan and implement training programs. 7)Track employee success and progress. 8)Encourage employees for training. 9)Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis. Skill Sets : 1. Must have sound experience on creation of training modules, SOPs, Training Calendar, formats etc. 2. Must have sound knowledge of Training Need Identification (TNI), training techniques, methods. 3. Can do effective assessment of Trainee pre-post training &amp; Trainer. 4. Must be enough good in analyzing feedback, training effectiveness, training matrix, Orientations, client escalations, calibration, capability development &amp; with process assessment. 5. Must possess problem solving attitude. 6. Ability to lead full training cycle.
