Primary Role Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities-

- Market Research

- New Product Planning

- Product Concept Development & Validation

- Product Launch

- Project Management

- Product Analysis

- UAT & Testing

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Role Description:-

- Understand competitors product strategies

- Initiate new product initiation, development, and implementation

- New Product Introduction

- Market tracking both local and International

- Tracking own product performance

- Conduct exercised to understand customer needs

- Prepare business plans for the introduction of new products including monitoring and controlling of costs thereafter

- Prepare documentation/communication for IRDA Filing as per requirement.

- Contribute to concepts related to product implementation including, involvement in communication strategy and revised sales plan by referring to information sourced through MIS

- Management Information System

- Maintain a database of competitor products and analyze the same.

- Estimate the designed product's market demand

- Internal Cross Functional Coordination

- Obtain commitments on sales targets on various products and assess its implications and consequences for a potential product launch

- Be engaged in various subjects related to the nature of the position based on the instruction given by the head of the division

- Monitor and control the product strategy and - in case of deviation- initiate appropriate counter measures.

- Ensuring close Liaoning with marketing, underwriting, IT, claims and operations on different projects and product launches

- End to End project management for on time, first time right, product launch.

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates

Post-Graduation

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

6 to 8 years of experience in product development in the insurance industry.
