Primary Role Description :

Proficient in managing outbound telesales with more than 6 to 8 years of work experience in selling insurance products . High level of analytical know-how of Telesales &Websales business

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage Telesales & Websales team to deliver specified fresh GWP targets

- Manage Persistency of digital sales at best in class level with targeted cross sell ratio

- Coach team to ensure in meeting productivity target

- Track and monitor key performance indicators / TATs and response time

Takes initiatives for creating processes aiming at increase of productivity / revenue.
