Business Head- (Apollo Cradle - Amritsar) To drive P&amp;L of the center in line with the strategic plans of the BU by effective utilization of resources &amp; ensure quality patient care and effective doctor engagement Strategic :&nbsp; - The Annual - Quarterly and Monthly plan - Drive Revenue Initiatives - Competition Assessment w.r.t. Strategic initiatives &amp; Doctor activity - Drive the Clinical Quality initiatives efficiently - Key Doctor hiring and Doctor practice nurturing Operational :&nbsp; 1. Strengthen the relationships with the existing surgeons through constant doctor engagement initiatives. 2. Daily Facility rounds &amp; Weekly ops / quality audits to ensure adherence with Ops. 3. Patient feedback system and corrective actions to improve patient satisfaction 4. Efficient material management (sourcing, procuring, utilization &amp; reporting) 5. Monitor the Center revenue performance and accordingly plan to meet the business targets of the unit. 6. Cost saving initiatives to be taken and compliance with medico legal requirements for the units. 7. Ensure timely, accurate and legible documentation is maintained by consultants, RMOs and Nurses. 8. Supervise inventory management 9. Coordinate with the Center Medical &amp; Quality head and ensure that all clinical policies and procedures within the Center meets. 10. Monitor the performance of the center (revenue and profitability) 11. Manage safekeeping of center medical records as well as the ethical medical practice is followed. 12. Assist and coordinate with the center level sales head in establishing the brand in the locality/area/city through various marketing campaigns 13. Escalate operational issues related to the facility and take suitable action by interfacing with the concerned stakeholders Financial : 1. Prepare the annual budget with the assistance of the Corporate team. 2. Monitor the budget utilization and other financial measures for the unit. 3. Study and analyze causes for significant deviation from budget and take corrective action for the same, if required People: 1. Administer if the right number and quality of manpower is hired in accordance with the manpower planning 2. Establish performance requirements and evaluate the work of reportees in order to achieve the department goals and develop reportees who are unable to meet expected performance levels 3. Support HR in investigating and resolving critical attrition and increasing employee engagement levels at the center 4.
