Apollo Finvest - Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA (0-2 yrs)
Position: Assistant Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Roles:
1) Sourcing debt and equity capital through various Banks, NBFCs, etc.
2) Build proposals, business projections and presentations to close funding deals
3) Scope out and deliver new verticals and use cases for collaboration with potential investors and partners
4) Closely monitor the lending ecosystem (competitors, regulatory landscape etc.) to suggest and implement suitable alignments
5) Improve the legal structure arrangements with partners/customers and suggest ways to strengthen it
6) Good understanding of accounting standards and ability to research implications of changes in designated areas
7) Mentor and coach the team members and troubleshoot ad hoc issues
8) Prepares periodical MIS, as per Management Requirement with analysis
9) Conduct root cause analysis on key issues and provide solutions for the same
10) Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and future financial performance to the Business' leadership
11) Participate in strategy development and planning, facilitate planning and forecasting processes and develop metrics to monitor the performance against strategic objectives
12) Support the business in protecting, growing and optimizing the assets of the Firm
13) Continuously improve BP&A's organizational efficiency and effectiveness by leading internal change initiatives
14) Own and deliver a variety of ad hoc analyses and projects to deliver insights and/or process improvements to our leaders and team
Key Skills :
1) An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
2) A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target
3) Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a Self Starter
4) Ability to constantly push the envelope, generate and implement big ideas which impact growth.
5) Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, presentation skills + good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
6) Ability to adapt and willingness to work independently in a high stakes, fast-changing environment
Required Qualification and Experience:
1) Qualified Chartered Accountant
2) Work experience of 0-2 years preferably in the Financial Services Industry
