We are looking for a passionate & driven person to take care of our digital marketing initiatives who can implement & optimise the digital marketing. Job responsibilities: - Complete management of performance marketing across paid channels - Optimise existing channels & create new demand generation channels - Develop strategies on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces, plan deals structuring and run ad campaigns in partnership with marketing team - Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance - Develop test and learn initiatives across paid social - Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies - Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently - Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity Qualification: - Very strong in quantitative & communication skills - 6-12 years of experience working in a high growth startup environment or a digital marketing agency, managing annual budget of 2 cr & above - Skills in search platforms including Google AdWords - Execution experience of 2 years at least in social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) - Analytics understanding (Google Analytics, Firebase) - Should have used attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Branch Metrics - Experience in implementation of SEO & ASO strategies - Understanding of web design principles
