Business Analyst About this Role : Apollo 24|7 Diagnostics LOB is searching for an experienced Business Analyst who will run complex analysis on the data and compile it into reports for stakeholders and departmental managers. We are looking for someone who can understand business needs, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and translate business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate for this role should have good problem solving and analytical skills, excellent time management and the ability to clearly communicate their ideas and thoughts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Grasp the underlying data requirements of the team to enable faster decision making - Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to operations team and then follow-up on all results - The role will involve owning the design, development, and maintenance ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business metrics - Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible - Take ownership of operational metrics and define improvement strategies - Mentor Junior resources within the team Requirements: - 1-3 Years of experience in relevant roles. - Work experience in visualization tools, SQL, Excel and Sheets - Hands on knowledge of Python - Practical experience in generating process documentation and reports - Good written and verbal communication skills
