Designation - Analyst/ Junior Analyst - M&A Advisory

Brief Overview of the Company : Apical Capital Advisors is a Boutique M&A Advisory based out of New Delhi with strong practices around M&A, PE & Corporate Advisory

We are looking to induct self driven & result oriented CAs with an experience of 0-1 years in the field of M&A, IB, PE & Corporate Advisory.

Job Description :

- The incumbent will be required to work extensively in an integrated but small team environment on ideas, financial models, pitch books and presentations for prospective deals

- Focus on supporting origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) assignments including divestitures, financial restructuring and associated financing solutions, PE facilitation

- Support the senior team member by performing financial valuation

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Play a key role in origination of ideas, mapping the opportunity, deal sourcing, corporate meetings, follow up etc

- Financial Modeling (viz. relative valuation analysis, LBOs, DCFs, merger plans)

- Analyze, build and use financial models, preparing presentations, participating in deal pitches & executions

- lndustry research and market study including research about market trends, competitive landscaping

- Overtime create enough understanding of the sector to identify new business opportunities

Will also be required to :

- Undergo continuous learning and enhance job skills overtime

- May be required to travel as per business needs

- Give suggestions to improve data systems, process workflow

- Take ownership of work done and have high good execution capabilities

Qualification: - Chartered Accountant (CA passouts from 2015 and 2016 batch can also apply for the post. We are looking for Chartered Accountants only; candidates with any other qualification may not apply.)
