Role : Senior Manager/Associate Director (M&A)

Experience : 12-20 years

Location : Bangalore/Pune/Ahmedabad

Brief about the role :

We are looking for specific skills in M&A Integration, including due diligence, harmonization of benefits, policies, bands, compensation etc.; working with stakeholders to drive change management and culture alignment across geographies.

Apart from India, the person should have experience in either US or UK geographies.

Detailed roles and responsibilities :

- Execute the M&A strategy and identify tools and processes to drive and coordinate the pre-transaction considerations, due diligence, integration planning and execution, including integration of compensation and benefits programs, HR systems, total rewards and more.

- Identify, escalate and resolve risks and issues in partnership with Corporate Development and key stakeholders.

- Advice on opportunities, threats, and trends related to M&A while developing action plans.

- Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders across geographies to define and evolve our HR M&A process.

- Lead weekly HR meetings with all stakeholders to discuss acquisition-related matters, ensure all critical HR elements are considered during diligence and provide recommendations on key features.

- Partner with the Legal and Corporate Strategy team on the necessary legal HR requirements.

- Manage all communications regarding various HR matters; make sure these communications are connected to broader Change Management and Communications Strategies.

- Troubleshoot M&A - related People & Culture issues and support the unique needs of acquired employees and management throughout their first year as they transition to the new culture, tools, programs, and processes.

- Partner with business and HRBPs to run all key people processes (performance management, compensation, training & development programs, etc.)

Programs & Initiatives :

- Execute high-value people initiatives in a high-growth environment.

- Lead the change management and people initiatives across geographies.

- Draw insights and create recommendations based on people analytics for leadership review to enable informed decision-making, management strategy, and policy formulation. She/he must also be able to conduct a performance analysis on existent strategy, processes and policies and identify areas for improvement, developing actionable and sustainable solutions where needed.

Essential Skills/Requirements :

- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline or Associate Degree with significant experience in HR or related field.

- Over 12 years of proven work experience with solid project and change management experience.

- Solution-driven and agile.

- Ability to influence without authority in a demanding and high-growth environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

- Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships within the organization to garner support and achieve results.
