APAC Financial Services - Legal Collections Manager

Job Description :

- Look at All India collections from the recovery perspective.

- Initiate and follow through legal processes for recovery of NPAs across all retail businesses primarily Retail Business Loans

- Must have a thorough knowledge and experience of recovery of delinquent cases through the legal process

- Familiarity with all legal recourse available for recovery

- Analytic view point to plough back learnings into the collections process for all loans at APAC level

- Should be able to Handle both Soft & Hard asset Collections with a proven track record

- Should have extensive experience of collection activities like Skip Tracing, PTP Management, Roll Back & Roll forward estimation etc.

- Should have liasoning experience with all stakeholders such as internal business team, external lawyers and local law enforcement authorities;

- Should be familiar with locals laws and issues & with arbitration & sections 138, 420, 25 etc
