Purpose of this role-

- Plans, monitors and manages projects from inception to completion in support of the Focused Market Development Strategies.

- Works with Strategy and marketing team to transform strategic vision to an actionable approach and sets of deliverables. Leads/coordinates project planning, progress reporting, risk management, team and stakeholder communication and management.

- Ensures project results, meet requirements regarding stakeholder and business outcomes, quality, speed, schedule, and cost. Recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions as required to support program deliverable.

Responsibilities-

- Manage process for detailed tracking of initiatives e.g. weekly touch point with vertical CEO

- Co-identify issues with vertical CEO and document recovery actions

- Track implementation of agreed actions

- Activity owner of selected growth initiatives

- Identify and drive closing of resourcing or capability gaps together with vertical CEO

- Prepare regular and timely updates to chairman's office on portfolio progress and key challenges

- Identify and highlight specific initiatives needing senior leadership attention or approval

Desired Candidate Profile -

- Proven program management experience, preferably in a complex multi-interface environment

- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing a large team and Business Development

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in excel, power point presentation and market research

- Ready to travel both within India and overseas

Desired Education-

MBA from a reputed college preferable
