- The position of Manager, Strategic Alliance is a key position that will be responsible for outreach to universities and other academic institutes. The outreach will help achieve strategic tie ups with the chosen institutes to deliver courses. This profile will also be responsible for managing relationships across B2B segments. The profile will also be responsible for strategic sales.

Exposure to Online Business in Ed-tech / Education / Learning / Training will be an advantage

Salary offered- 15-20 LPA (open)

Responsibilities:

1. Outreach to universities and industry experts to co-develop online courses

2. Convert opportunities with Potential Partners and co-develop a value proposition, Business model and Marketing Plan

3. Develop proposals, presentations, budget estimates, and other related documents for different partnership opportunities

4. Work internally with Stakeholders ( Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing ) to ensure that the Alliances proposition is launched on schedule and all parties delivers the necessary

5. Participate in strategic planning and organizational capacity building initiatives

6. Corporate tie ups to assign their employees to our courses and to prioritize our students for relevant job openings

7. Create offerings that should attract working professionals to take admissions

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in same kind of role preferable in education vertical

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Charismatic personality with ability to take quick and logical decisions

- Proficient in excel, power point presentation

- Ready to travel both within India and overseas

Desired Education: MBA in marketing, strategy or entrepreneurship is preferred.
